I am back with my another creation. I really enjoyed making this card. Its actually a fun with Stamping..I must say..
Base is White CS.
Layering is also on White CS.
Colorful Vertical Stripes PP is from Ki Memories Mat Pad.
Pastel Colored Polka dots are stamped and layered with PP.
Sentiment is stamped with Fiskars Simple Stick Rubber Stamp.
