Got Gem of my Life

Hi all

Yes I got the Gem of my life.

I have been missing from the blog land for quite few weeks due to my wedding.. yes I got married on 13th May 2013 with a man of my dreams.

I have been blogging for the past 4 years and this blog has become my diary too. I have shared every event of my life with you through this blog and now its time to share the biggest event of my life with you people….

Yes..Now I become Sudha Vikas Bajpai..yes I like to call with my hubby’s name..

Sparkle creation

Hi all

 I am back with my new Sparkle creation.

Base cardstock is half stamped and half covered with Cocoa Mint sparkle Cardstock available in our store.
Brown and White layers of cardstocks are embossed and distressed with orange stamp pad.

More closer views-

Flowers are stamped.
Rhinestones available in store.
Sentiment is computer generated printed on our free template.
Tiny cute Heart embellishment  is Rubber softies by Ki memories.

Embossed layers of cardstocks are covered with embossed flowers.

Peacock card

Hi all

I am back with my another creation.

This creation of mine is inspired by a wedding card with peacock motif on it. I never made peacock on any of my creations earlier so I decided to use peacock this time on my creation.

This card took one whole  week of mine for planning and executing my idea.

Now here comes my creation-

peaoo...peaoo....peaoo. just listening peacock sounds to know how they sounds like..?

Peacock is hand drawn reference taken from wedding card.

Dry embossed frames. 

Look at the pretty rhinestones and pearls laces(available in our store)..they are just gorgeous..fell in love with them.

Sentiment Bloom and Grow is stamped..love this.

Pink and Grey flowers are from Petaloo.

Flourishes are hand drawn and hand cut.

Colored paper blocks cut and stamped.
Sentiment is stamped.
Butterfly is punched.

Stamp your own background

Hi all

I am back with another creation.

This week cas-ualfridays challenge is Stamp your own background on your CAS creation.

Challenge is interesting which encourages me to create something.

I have a long continuous rubber stamp,the design on this stamp is quite interesting and I was desperate to use this stamp on any of my projects.

I created the background with the continuous rubber stamp using the blue pigment stamp pad available in my store.

Now here is my creation-



After creating the background, I stamped on another sheet of white paper and color and cut the interesting parts from it.

Stick it on the stamped background with my dimensional tape.

Added the I love u sentiment created by me in coraldraw.

One Layer Stamped Card

Hi all

We are back with our another challenge at ICR.

This time our challenge is-

Create a One Layer card and the TWIST is to have repeated stamping on it.

Some Key Points:

1) One stamp has to be stamped at least twice and other stamps can be used as well.
2) One layer card - it is just the card base, you cannot have any layers on it. No additional card stock for sentiments or any thing else.
3) No Embellishments allowed.
4) You can create texture on the card base by doing Embossing (Wet or dry), piercing holes in the card base etc.
5) Coloring of stamped images are allowed.
6) No paper piecing - that is cutting out a stamped image and adhering it back on the stamped image on the card.
7) No Glitter allowed.

Here is my creation based on the challenge-



Its a one layer card with repeated stamping. I repeat stamping on the card base itself.
I punched the card edge with my border punch.
Did Faux stitching too with fineliner pen.
Create argyle pattern with my Prima Paintable clear stamp available in our store. ...OMG I m going crazy with this lovely stamp. Its just perfect for creating backgrounds.

CANDY HOLDER + LOVE IS "UP IN THE AIR"

Hope you are all enjoying the ICR(Indian Craft Room) Anniversary Events on the roll!

TWO MORE DAYS for the ICR LIVE CHAT (FEB 24th) where ICRians have the perfect opportunity to meet online, know each other and have fun with our LIVE CHAT 2013 events.

Now come to our monthly challenge details, ICRC26.

This month our challenge is "Candy Holder" But yes, with a twist again.....

And the COMBO TWIST is LOVE IS "UP IN THE AIR".

***KEY NOTE*** :

CANDY HOLDER could be anything.... Small/Big to hold candies for ur sweetheart....
You can either deck up something store bought/paper make some small nothings/simply deck up a top note and attach it to a small pouch of candies, anything at all!

Here is my creation based on the challenge-




I have used an acrylic cone as candy holder and add a handmade tag to it.

Background of the tag is stamped created with my new Prima Paintable theme clear stamp available in our store.
Heart air ballon is handmade created with pattern papers.
Tiny small hearts are punched.
Printed organza ribbon is used for making the bow on the tag available in our store.
Flying hearts are stamped.
Heart Border punch used at the bottom of the tag.
