This is a birthday card I made on white card stock.Polka dots pattern paper is from ITSY BITSY,some of the polka dots I covered with flower embellishment and stones.Gift box embellishment is handmade,I love this.White dot card stock is given to me by Spardha,I love this cardstock.sentiment is from ITSY BITSY.
