I just finished my another CAS creation.
Base is Red cardstock locally bought.
Scallop circle is hand drawn and hand cut, distress the edges with stamp pad.
Roses are hand made.
Cloth pin locally bought.
Sentiment is stamped gifted by one of my bloggers friends.
Blings are locally bought.
