 I am back with my another creation..Let it Snow

 

Base is light blue CS.

Snowy BG is created with spray paint and embellished with white pearls.

Christmas trees are hand drawn and hand cut.



 

Cute little Penguin is stamped and colored.

 

 

Let it Snow sentiment is stamped.
