Hi
Folks
We(my
daughter and me) are back now.
Its
Day-7 of Summer Activities for kids.
Our
Day -7 activity is Card Making.
My daughter is very well familiar with the basic shapes like
Circle, Square, Oval, Heart, Triangle, Rectangle. So we decided to incorporate
these basic shapes in Card making and make CAS(Clean and Simple) cards which
are easy and quick too for kids.
So
here we go..
Material
Needed:
Pre cut and Pre scor cards for base.
Circle master
Newspaper
Glue
Scissors, Zig Zag scissors too
Pencil
Now
everything with us..Lets get started...
For our first card we cut circles from newspaper, cut the edges with Zig Zag scissors and tied together with the tiny brads.
Then we arrange these flowers on Cardstock and doodle some leaves and color them.
Then add stamped Sentiment.
For our second card..We punched some hearts.
Arrange these hearts on Card base.
Doodle some lines so as to make it a bunch of balloons(my daughter's idea).
Add Stamped Sentiment.
For our Third Card...we cut some triangle shapes from pattern papers to make Birthday caps.
Doodled some design over it.
Doodled some polka dots on the card base and color it.
Arrange these birthday caps over it.
Add Stamped Sentiment.
Now are three cards are ready just with simple basic shapes-Circle, Triangle and Hearts. So quick and simple.
Now
its your turn.
