You're So Sweet

Hi all
Back with my another creation...You 're so sweet..
This card is totally fun with Pattern Papers lying with me.
I wish to use these colorful PPs. in a cheerful and colorful way on my card....
n here comes my creation..


Base is Grey CS.
Blue and Green PPs. are double sided KI memories Surprise Napkin paper available in our store.


Tag is also made on Ki Memories Sweet life mat pad.
Cup cake is stamped using Fiskars Simple stick Rubber stamp - Cupcakes n More.
 Sentiment is stamped.

ICR Designers Auditions- 2015

ICR is getting back to work it all up....
AND to begin with we would like to announce our DT audition for the term that would run from October 2015 to March 2016
The ICR parent team is looking for new set of designers to help them with the runway
If you would like to join the ICR Team, below are d details…

DEETS & DEADLINE:

Designers would be on the ICR panel for the period of six months starting October 2015 to March 2016... And would be catering to inspire & motivate all the crafters on ICR...
ICRD Auditions are open from September 17, 2012 to September 30, 2012 by MIDNIGHT! If interested please do not wait for the last minute…. Procedure not satisfied, would stand NULL & VOID!!!
***This call is open to both International and domestic applicants… You don't have to have any previous DT experience and everyone is welcome to apply…. ***

ICRD PREREQUISITES:

Looking for our new batch of designers.... And as we have always been, are very particular about their

*Drama Free Beings.... And if it's drama we would like to see it on their crafts & not scattered all around...

*Friendly & Creative Souls who would be happy in their space

*Brings in their positive personality onto the floors of ICR

* BEAUTY IS NOT IN THE BODY…. BUT IN THE MIND HEART & SOUL
 
So we would like to read you with your thoughts from your beautiful thought box…. Texts in your posts would always make a difference than just a click of your creation…
You may be Popular but we want a dedicated set of designers who post often on their personal blogs A MUST

*Your creations must be of a PRESENTABLE QUALITY

RESPONSIBILITIES!

As an ICR Designer, YOU WILL/SHOULD…

1. Have a well presented style of creation…
2.  Have Good Photography Skills….
3. Have the Ability to work fast, at times of emergency… Touchwood
4. take part in our Challenges following the themes of the set Challenge; { you will know all of the upcoming challenges in advance, so no hassles} [ANY type of inspiration project: cards, scrap book layouts, paper creations, altered art... whatever makes YOU happy!
5. take part in any other events that we may hold for ICR, like a Blog Hop, Contests etc., for example :) 
6.Have a BLOG to post and promote ICR and all its happenings… If you are on social media well & good…
7. Turn in ASSIGNMENTS ON TIME!!!
 8. Commit to COMMENTING on ALL participations to challenges AND submissions on ICR… 

ICRD PERQUISITES (BENEFITS)!
 

As an ICR Designer, YOU MAY/WILL…..
     
1. Have fun with a crazy group of girls… (That is US for now ;)

2. Get a prominent exposure on the community site, blog, main website gallery and other media.
3. Get possible teaching opportunities.
4. Get a design team button to proudly display on your blog
5. Get a nice little addition to your resume
6.  Get occasional sponsor products - if we don't have a sponsor, ICR hopes to send out RAK's now and then.
7.  Get free blog traffic! We provide links to your blog from ICR media, so you'll be plastered every place possible! Hundreds of people will have the pleasure of seeing your newest creations!
8.  Get an Exclusive access to our private DT group where we post, upcoming challenge themes and all our super-secret plans!

ICRD PLAN OF ACTION:



Just share with us the best FIVE of your creations so far... 


If you create ONLY cards/scrapbook/Layouts/altered arts then it cud b just d best 5 of that

If you are by & large a paper crafter who has crossed boundaries then send in FIVE best of everything so far
 
PROCEDURE:


1. Mail us your creations as an attachment & with subject line ICRD Auditions 2015 
2. Tell us a little about yourself and what you think your design strengths are.
3. What is your favorite style or technique?
4.  Tell us why you want to be an ICR Designer
5.  List any companies that you have designed for in the past or with whom you currently work. [Please keep in mind that being on a team past or present is not a requirement.
6.  Full contact information: include your home address, phone number, email address, blog/website address. {You must have a blog to post on, in order to audition for our design team.}  
7.  A link to your blog or/and online gallery
8.  Post about our DT audition on your blog

Include all the above mentioned PROCEDURE information in your audition mail & EMAIL it to
indiancraftroom@gmail.com, by the Midnight of September 30th 2015, which is a Wednesday!

DISCLAIMER:

Please only apply if you are a serious designer and can commit 6 months to ICR. You do not necessarily need experience, but commitment and being DRAMA FREE is a MUST!

2. The ICRDs will be announced in a fun-filled EVENTUAL CHAT
