Pink on Pink

Hi all

I am back after a one week long vacation, enjoyed the serenity of nature, click some cool pics. and yes saw some cool places.

Now its time to do some work, yes here is a time for another challenge at ICR.

The challenge is to create a 100% pink card – from the base and papers to the embellishments and sentiment, it all has to be PINK!

If necessary only, YOU CAN ADD cream/white to the challenge.

just NO BLACK :)}



As always we have a combo for you.... But yes, with a twist again..... And the twist is to use any row or column of the tic-tac-toe…any 3 in a diagonal, horizontal or a vertical line!!! You can use more than the 3 embellishments, but 3 in any row are a must.

I have used first row Lace, Butterfly, Button for my card.

This time we have to Interpret the word RAIN + Deck Up Inside of the Card OR an Envelope for the Card. Interesting and yes a head-scratch-er too.

For me its raining Love + I am decorating the inside of the card.

Paper Relief

This is a Paper Relief work I created for the ICR challenge

This time challenge is seriously interesting and challenging too. We have to create our creations using Black & White with a tinge of teal/turquoise/tiffany blue/aqua... + No DPs. Wow what a challenge? Interesting and challenging too.

When I came to know about this challenge suddenly an idea of creating something different came in my mind and I thought why not create my work in some different technique and lets introduce my fellow crafters on ICR (Indian Craft Room) to a new world of paper crafting. Thanks to my artist teacher who taught me this new technique long time back.

So here is my creation to all my fellow crafters.



I am using black and white + peacock blue. I don't want to restrict my artwork in some boundaries so I overlap everything on the frame border, outside from the inner space.

Miss You Card

I am in a Dhin Chak mood to create cards. Today finished my all pending works and then made a Miss You card for one of my dear friends who is out of station these days and will be coming on Monday.
